I Defend Pro offers a 15 Money Back To use by customer need to do a basic registration without any credit card or payment information asked on the website and can download the Application or Software from Website www.idefendpro.com/download  or also from Apple App store for both Apple iOS and Mac Devices.

As we provide a 15 Days Money Back, we provide refunds after customer done purchase the product till 15 days, as customer already used the product  and decided to buy it there is no reason of refund or cancelation after 15 Days.

I Defend Pro is a branded consumer product if you are facing any additional problem with your product for any reason. However, eligibility for a refund depends on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the type of product, subscription term, duration since purchase, where it was purchased, and so on. If you receive a refund for your purchase, you are obligated to uninstall the software. In addition, the license might, at I Defend Pro’s sole discretion, be disabled to prevent further use.

Who is eligible?

All Customer to a I Defend Pro Consumer or Small Business Security product that make a request within 15 days of a product purchase only with below conditions applied can eligible for refund.

If you are an individual user, and have acquired the products or services covered under this program for your personal or small business use, you cannot cancel your purchase from I Defend Pro and obtain a refund. Unless there is any hardware damage or software or OS crash

Conditions :


  • After I Defend Pro installation if Consumer
    Computer or Phone get OS- Crash or any Software crash.
  • After experiencing any crash problem need to
    contact, I Defend Pro Support and report to us. Our skilled technical team will
    check the device and certify the reason for I Defend Pro for the particular crash and I Defend Pro Billing will process refund.
  • If Customer experience any Call drop or phone
    block, device freeze or internet stopped working on computer system
  • If your annual subscription has been automatically renewed, I Defend Pro will gladly provide you a full refund if your request is made within 30 days of being charged.
